  To begin our research, Gyro Gearloose's Portability Design
  blueprint was recovered from the archives of Loony Labs.
  His research on the topic was simply impeccible, and we are
  incredibly lucky that it was recovered from his lab after
  he went missing. It's a shame that he's not here with us
  today, he seemed to be a truly brilliant Toon.

  Gyro discovered that the particles of Toontown aren't merely
  what they seem. They can be squashed, stretched, and even
  arranged into springloaded patterns to maximize wackiness.

  My team has begun experimenting with these ideas to push
  them to new limits. This is only the edge of their
  potential. Surely, Gyro Gearloose would be proud.
